Exciting Growth Prospects

The Medphos investment trust was formed as an investment vehicle for the development of the Chaketma Phosphate Project, a world class phosphate deposit, in Tunisa. The project has been subject to extensive drilling and development studies including proving that Chaketma will be a long life mine that will add major benefit to the Tunisian economy and provide significant returns to investors.

Medphos is the exclusive investor into Tunisia Mining Services (‘TMS’), which has a 49% interest in Chaketma Phosphate SA (‘CPSA’), a Tunisian joint venture project company. The other joint venture investor into CPSA in Celamin Limited, a fully owned subsidiary of Phosco Limited (ASX:PHO).

Medphos has secured significant investment capital for the various stages of the project and will provide capital, litigation and mediation knowhow to TMS and CPSA to complete the resolution of the long running disputes between joint venture partners.
